A Duluth News Tribune reporter and photographer were there to document the occasion. A story and pictures was in the Saturday, January 2nd edition.

Dave T. put together a ride on short notice. We had five riders make it out for this one on a beautiful early May Sunday. Temps hovered around 60 degrees with some 20 mph winds. We met at Starvin Marvin's and headed out Rt 2 to Canosia where we headed north to Twig. From Twig we headed east to Caribou Lake and then Pike Lake where we turned south back to Starvin Marvin's. Total miles was 22.8 with an average speed of 13.2 mph.
Smooth sailing on Canosia Road

This was a relaxing ride. We hope to have more of these types of rides throughout the summer months. Try to join us for a few of them.
